The non-CCGbank data sets for the paper are available here:

• Distant supervision training data. Contains 45 thousand Freebase entity pairs, each of which is paired with one or more sentences from Wikipedia and KB relation instances.
• Grammar: category and relation lexicon entries, entity lexicon entries, and binary rules. Contains the lexicon entries and grammar rules used by the parser that were automatically generated by the lexicon induction heuristics. These entries are in addition to the CCGbank entries.
• Information extraction evaluation data. 8.5k Wikipedia sentences.
• Annotated sentence evaluation data. Contains 97 sentences from Wikipedia with annotated logical forms for subspans.
